Soap Barn Protocol



FOR ONLINE SHOPPING, PAYMENTS AND COLLECTION

The Soap Barn is currently open for online business only and will not return to in-store trading during the pandemic.

When you complete your order the shopping cart will send you a copy of the order and will send us a copy too.

We will then send you a quotation that includes banking details and delivery costs.

Please do not pay before you have received our quotation.

We do not make changes to orders.

Should you wish to add or subtract from your order please cancel the current order and place a new one.

Absolutely no changes will be made on our side to any orders.

We have a strict no returns and no refunds policy so please ensure, before you pay, that you have ordered only and exactly what want.

Orders are made up for your collection only once we have received a proof of payment directly from your bank.

Due to an overwhelming number of orders we require 4 working days to process your order.

If we can process orders faster than that of course we will.

Please do not insist your order is urgent as all orders are urgent and everyone feels the same way.

As soon as your order is processed and packed we will notify you via whatsapp.

Once you’ve been notified you can collect from 9.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Please do not place an order and expect to pick it up immediately. That will never be possible.

We currently only offer Fastway Courier delivery or curbside collection by you or your courier.

During this time we will not offer postal or Postnet delivery services.

When you arrive at our gate please park outside and open your boot. Tell Mkhize who you're collecting for and get back into your car. Mkhize will then deposit your parcel in your boot.

Our collection address is No. 90 7th Avenue Edenvale. Look for a big red barn house with green floral walls.

You can pay by EFT, deposit at Nedbank, deposit at Standard Bank or Credit Card.

When you pay by EFT or bank deposit please use your first name and surname as a reference so we can correctly attribute your payment.  Do not not use your order number as a reference.

Please send us a proof of payment (POP) directly from your bank so we can process your order immediately.

If you pay by Credit Card please note we do not accept American Express or Diners

If you wish to pay by Credit Card you can mail us the details in three separate mails 1) The 16 digit card number, 2) The expiry date 3), The CVV number

We always process orders efficiently and speedily. We do hope you understand the process and the time it takes to pull your order, pack your order properly and dispatch it.

We do our best, and our best is really good. We respectfully request you place your orders timeously and allow us the time and space necessary to do our job properly.

Your urgency is something we understand and respect, we ask you do the same for our process. Please do not demand urgent attention for your order as we treat all orders on a first paid first processed basis and will not put your order ahead of orders that were paid before yours We will have the tracking numbers for Fastway Couriers available for you the day after dispatch and will send them to you via Whatsapp.

Please do not email me regarding tracking or tracing of your parcel. I do not have access to tracking details.

Please be kind and respectful to us. Bad manners, hostility and aggression will not be tolerated. We will be respectful and kind to you, please afford us the same good manners.
