Mix all the ingredients well till you have a smooth even mixture.
Add this mixture into to the first bowl and stir through well. The colouring and confetti should be even throughout the mixture. You can now fill the pyramid with your volcano mixture. Seal the bottom of the pyramid with sellotape so it is airtight.

Pink soap colouring (Soap Barn)
Rose fragrance (Soap Barn)
Apricot fragrance (Chocolate Den)
Rose mould - large (Soap Barn)

Method:

Now add pink soap colouring and 10ml rose fragrance, and 10ml apricot fragrance. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a jug and leave a few minutes to cool. Now pour the mixture directly into your large rose moulds and leave for 1 hour to set. Un-mould the roses and leave them on a very absorbent surface (old towels on top of old newspapers). The roses will take two weeks to dry out and during that time they will shrink to one fifth of their original size. Once set hard they make perfect inserts for glycerine soaps.

Making the clear, rectangle soaps with their rose inserts:

Apricot fragrance (Soap Barn)
Rose fragrance (Soap Barn)
Rectangle mould (Soap Barn)

Place the roses you made with the soap noodles at the bottom of each mould cavity. Then fill the cavity with clear soap. The rose will float to the top. Leave to set. You can un-mould the soaps after two hours and you will be delighted with the result – gorgeous clear soaps with beautiful pink soap roses inset.
These gorgeous soaps are on display in the shop. Once you have seen them you will want to make them for all your friends and family for Christmas!
